This article will show you how to add a new customer and create an online account for your eStore website.
- Click the Customer List on the main EQ toolbar:
- Select the customer that needs an online account by clicking to highlight it.
If the customer does not yet exist in EQ, see this article: How to add or edit a customer – EQ (compusoftgroup.com) - Click on the eStore tab of the customer and click the Create eStore Account button:
- On the following window:
- Select the website the account is for (you may only have one)
- If the account is to be active immediately tick Account Active
- If it’s to be a Trade account, then tick Trade Customer (no tick for Retail Customer)
- Create a Password for the Account (both their email address and this password will be used for signing into their online account)

Click Create eStore Account and then Yes when prompted.
Your customer account is now created online.
