This article will show you how to update the Global Settings
Go to: CMS > Website > Global Settings
This section is set by the eStore team, however if you do update your contact details throughout the site, you will also need to do this in the in the below section.
Click Update to save the changes
The below section is also an advanced setting used by the eStore team, if you require access to the robots.txt and .htaccess section, it can be found on the Global Settings module.
- A robots.txt file tells search engine crawlers which URLs the crawler can access on your site. This is used mainly to avoid overloading your site with requests; it is not a mechanism for keeping a web page out of Google.
- The .htaccess file is a powerful website file that controls high-level configuration of your website, It is best to leave this section as one mistake, could error the whole website, if that happens, contact the support email for eStore.
