What is a Global element on a website?
A global element is a reusable object containing parameters that any number of elements in a flow can share.

- Add HTML, CSS, JavaScript code etc.
- Add Chat Features scripts
- From the Top navigation click on the Global Content button:
2. Click on Add a new Global Item to add new code or edit an existing Global Content item from the left column section.Once you have created a Global item, just copy the tag i.e. [GLOBAL:type=global&id=??]
Copy & Paste to your required section for your site.
