Don’t worry about the template section in any of the block modules, as these will already be pre-set into the CMS when we create your website for you.
Blocks Module: FAQs
If you go to the top navbar and hover over Blocks > FAQ> FAQ, you will see a page like this:
This is the page where you have FAQs, here you can add questions and answers that might help some of your new customers to understand the basics of your business.
If you click Edit, you can then edit in HTML format or just text format, it is simple but effective to use this than rather creating it the manual method.
To add a new question you can, Press Add A New FAQ question.
