This article describes how to export furniture catalogues from EQ to your eStore website. You should do this after setting up all of your product options.

Working with products individually
- From the main EQ toolbar, click eStore Setup
- From the list, double-click the furniture catalogue you want to export.
- Select your products, either;
Individual products
Multi-select several products (see section below)
Whole range items e.g. Accessories
Whole catalogue e.g. Door Shop.
- On the Product section, assign the correct data, e.g. P.O.A. Prompt.
Active means on/off.
Export to eStore means the product becomes active on the website.
- Click Export at the bottom of the screen. This sends your product data to the website.
- When prompted with this message:
Have you exported this catalogue previously?
Always select No to push all data to the website.
- When prompted with this message:
Send file to website?
Select Yes followed by Schedule Update to complete the process.
- The Catalogue Update screen will be shown:
Catalogue: This is the name of the catalogue you’ve selected to exportUpdate Details: This is the size of the export file.
Email confirmation to: This is the email address that will receive export status emails(complete or otherwise)
Send to website: -
With Send Now selected: Clicking the Schedule Update button will simply put the catalogue into a list to push immediately one after another.
With Delay Until selected: You can select a time delay to send the catalogues,
(e.g. later in the evening)

Follow the steps above to open eStore Setup and open a catalogue.
To select multiple products, on the left-side of the screen, hold down Shift on the keyboard and click to select the products.
Right-click and select Properties.
Changes made here will apply to all of the selected products.
When in the Properties screen, remember to tick Apply for the changes to take effect. It is similar to a toggle button is an on-off command.
Click on the Update button to save changes.
