This article will show you how to check EQ Net to see the progress of any running eStore jobs, such as a catalogue update.
If EQ Net is running on your computer, there will be an icon in the Windows system tray like this:
Hover your mouse over and you will see the name and version number:
Right-click the EQ Net icon to access the options menu:
View EQNet dataset(s) Status
Displays which PCs on your network has master control over exporting catalogues to your website.
To become the Master PC and ultimately control all exports catalogues to your web site, you will need to go to the PC indicated as the current Master – Right-click the same EQ icon as illustrated above and Quit.
Check for updates
Periodically EQNet will be upgraded, there is an automatic facility to upgrade the application, but you can manually force a check for upgrade using this option. When EQNet updates itself, it may need a manual start.
View eStore scheduled jobs
This will display the queue of catalogues (& their status’) being exported to the website, and will display the following screen:
