This guide will show you how to export products from My Catalogue in the eStore module in EQ. This will export the products to your website.
- Click the eStore Setup button on the main toolbar:
- Double-click on any of your My Catalogue catalogues.
- Select your products:
- Individual products
- Several products
- Whole type/category products i.e. Accessory
- hole catalogue folder i.e. Swift Electrical
Select Multiple products
You can right-click on your mouse and hold Shift keyboard tab option to update several products at once, by click on the Properties button.
Remember to tick Apply for the changes to take effect. It is similar to a toggle button is an on-off command.
Click on the Update button to save changes.
- Individual products will have the following tabs below:~
Details, More, Specification, Images, Options, Associations, Links, SEO, Additional Info
On the Details tab, please assign correct info i.e. Stock Status, Delivery Band etc.
- Active mean on/off
- Export to eStore mean apply active on site
- On Sales means is it a Sale item
- Once you are happy with the information, you can then Export to your live site.
- Active mean on/off
- You will see a message:
Have you exported this catalogue previously?
Select No. - Then select Yes to the message:
Send file to website? - eStore Catalogue Update window opens:
Catalogue: This is the name of the catalogue you’ve selected to export.
Update Details: This is the size of the export file.
Email confirmation to: This is the email address that will receive export status emails
(complete or otherwise)
Send to website:
With ‘Send Now’ selected: Clicking the ‘Schedule Update’ button will simply put the catalogue into a list to push immediately one after another.
With ‘Delay Until’ selected: You can select a time delay to send the catalogues,
(e.g. later in the evening) - Click the Schedule Update button.
