In some cases, you may wish to set a restriction on certain products. eStore provides an option where you can set such restrictions and specify certain product types it applies to.
- Click the eStore Icon on the top bar of EQ
- From the top menu click Website settings > Product Restrictions
- You will be presented with the following screen:

Click Add and enter a name of the Product Restriction rule, in the above example it shows a Product Restriction for Appliances with a minimum order value of £2,000 – the text on the right will be displayed online when the rules aren’t met.
On the Must Include TAB select the product types you want the users to purchase before purchasing other product types – in the example below all non-furniture products are restricted…

To apply the restrictions online go back to website settings, click Update > Export Website Settings.
