eStore can generate display for Stock Status or Lead Times directly on-line for each product.

How to apply the Stock Status to the relevant products
Add/Manage Stock Status
- In your EQ > eStore highlight any catalogue and click on Website Settings
- Select Stock Status from the menu on the left. You should get this page:

Here you can create new Stock Status using the Add button, and name them appropriately in the Prompt column – which will be the actual text displayed on the website.
You can also restrict the status’ so the products set against them cannot be purchased online by ticking the boxes in the Can be bought column.
How to apply the Stock Status to the relevant products
- Within the eStore Module, double click the catalogue containing the products you want to set the stock status’ against and highlight one of the products
- With the Details TAB selected on the right-hand side
- Look for the Stock Status drop down option in the Classifications section of the screen.
- Select the relevant status from the drop down and repeat for the other products that require the same
- To update the on-line status, click Export to send to the website
Select Multiple products
You can Right Click on your mouse & hold ‘Shift’ keyboard tab option to update several products at once.
Click on the ‘Properties’ button.
You will then see this pop up:
Remember to tick Apply for the changes to take effect. then Update.
