How to download your orders and import registrations

This guide will show you how to download your orders and import registrations  
via the eStore module, into EQ.

1. Click on the eStore Setup button
   
   
   
2. From the left column, click on Websites Settings then on the pop-up screen click on Registrations tab and ensure the Import Registrations box is ticked.
   
   
   
   
3. Now click on the next Orders tab and ensure the Import Orders box is ticked. By default, Orders are imported to EQ as Sales Orders, but you can select here to import them as Quotations instead.
   Here you can also opt to import the payments too.
   
   
4. To import kitchen orders, ensure Import Summary Order Only is un-ticked and click Update.
   
   
   
   
5. Highlight the web-site name from the right column ‘Website’ and then click on the ‘Import Routine’ button (from the left column list).
   
   
   
6. Click on Import Now
   A series of progress bars will appear on the top right screen, whilst importing the new registrations and orders, with a pop-up message indicating when the routine is complete.
